At Bubbaboo, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade slime. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we are happy to help!
๐ Order Issues & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace any product that arrives in unsatisfactory condition due to our error.
โ To qualify for a replacement:
- Email support@bubbaboo.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- If approved, we will send a replacement or offer store credit.
๐ Important: If the reported issue does not meet the above criteria, we will be unable to issue a replacement.
๐ซ Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
โ Opened or used slime
โ Custom orders or limited-edition releases
โ Items purchased on sale or during promotions
โ Orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout
๐ฆ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is marked โDeliveredโ by the carrier, Bubbaboo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

- Check with neighbors or household members who may have received it.
- Wait 24 hoursโsometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.
- File a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Slime is temperature-sensitive and may arrive sticky in warm weather or stiff in cold weather due to shipping conditions.
